Dan Harkins was born and raised in the Tacoma area and joined the firm of Rush, Hannula, Harkins & Kyler as an Associate Attorney in 2014. His practice is entirely devoted to helping people who have been injured by the negligence of others. He is a fierce and proven advocate for his clients and has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases since joining the firm. He enjoys advocating for the rights of everyday people and holding insurance companies, government entities, and large corporations accountable.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2014. During law school, he advocated for the rights of indigent individuals who were denied their constitutional right to counsel, and participated in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation competitions. Prior to law school, Dan earned his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University, where he studied history.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, volunteering as a youth sports coach at the YMCA, playing softball, running, cycling, and working out at a local CrossFit box.
